Krispy Kreme Australia and New Zealand is passionate about making world famous doughnuts as we are about looking after our customers, staff and local community during these challenging times.

As the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to evolve, we wanted to share with you some important information about the steps we’re taking to minimise the risk of exposure to our local communities.

Our Commitment to Hygiene

As a food retailer, we already have very high standards of cleaning and hygiene in place.

However, as a precautionary measure and out of care for everyone’s wellbeing, we've added extra hours of proactive deep cleaning in each store every day.

Additional hygiene measures include:

  • Increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitising our stores and manufacturing facilities where our doughnuts are made fresh daily.
  • Constantly monitoring health and hygiene practices with our staff.

We are actively following all health and travel advice issued by the Australian and New Zealand Governments, including mandatory isolation periods for all team members returning from international travel. We are also ensuring our team is supported with clear health and hygiene protocols in-store, as well as providing the information and support all team members need to stay at home if they are unwell for any reason.

We are working closely with our valued partners, 7-Eleven (AU), BP QLD (AU), Jesters (AU) and BP in New Zealand to continue to drive high-quality hygiene practices.

Krispy Kreme is committed to supporting all team members and customers throughout this time.
